Welcome to Abela!
Comprised of artists, teachers and practitioners from diverse cultural origins, we unite under the name Abela to deliver education and performance therapy spanning a range of ages and abilties. Drawing upon our Caribbean and African heritage, Abela's team of facilitators offer individual sessions and extended programmes encouraging learning,  communication and inclusion through the creative arts.

With a collective experience base spanning community development, applied theatre, special needs, musical performance, world-class percussion tutelage, performance poetry and ongoing cultural research, you can have confidence in our ability to provide a first-class service to your institution or community.
